When Yamaha started to build tubas they first went out and examined all the instruments that were currently available and re-engineered the best features from each into a spectacular tuba. This horn has the traditional German sound, a tubing wrap reminiscent of the early Meinl Westons, the long leadpipe and bell of the Miraphones and the resonance of the Cervenys.
