Why Woodwind & Brasswind ?

Yamaha offers sousaphone pads designed to add comfort and protection. These pads are black nylon with velcro attached straps which hide wear better and are easy to adjust. The shoulder pad is a soft foam padding giving support and comfort to a player during long marching rehearsals or performances. The bottom bow pad helps protect against dents and scratches and add beauty and life to a sousaphone.

Sousaphone players will be glad they invested in such a great product. The padding is thick enough to protect from most common "careless" dents we often put in our sousaphones; or dents from other instruments for that matter. You'll find that the padding is very comfortable on the shoulder and back. The lower, bow padding is think and stays well in place! Sousaphone players will find it most useful when resting their horns on the stands at games. The padding protects from scratches and dents down there! It was also a piece of cake to put on! oh, and it looks very cool too!
