Product Overview and Specifications
North American Quilted Ash and Spruce Projects A Truly Spiritual Tone
The romance and wide open spaces of the American Southwest is calling you to a better place...and a better guitar to be there with. This guitar has all of Washburn's finest appointments. Solid spruce top, crown headstock, rosewood butterfly bridge and Hopi binding and inlays make this an impressive and inspirational piece.

A Solid Decision
The construction of the top is an important feature that must be considered when purchasing an acoustic guitar. A solid top is desirable because it often projects its tone with clarity and balance when compared to a laminated top, which has several pieces of wood laminated together. A solid top will generally perform more consistently over the years vs. a laminate and will not be as temperamental to weather conditions.

A Proud Tradition
Over one hundred years, Washburn has built more than just great guitars, they've built a history, The Washburn tradition of craftsmanship and innovation has withstood the tests of economics, brand competition and fashion. Since being founded in Chicago in 1883, the name Washburn has been branded into the world's finest stringed instruments. If your interest in guitars borders on passion, you will settle for nothing less than a Washburn

A Lifetime Warranty
Washburn backs this guitar with a limited lifetime warranty. So you can be confident that this guitar will be a joy to play and will last for years.

Award Winning Washburn Acoustics
Washburn acoustic guitars are recognized annually by the experts as the best value on today's market. ACOUSTIC GUITAR magazine awarded Washburn as "The Best Acoustic Guitars Under $500." GUITAR PLAYER recently awarded Washburn with "The Best Value for Acoustic Guitars Under $250."

For a guitar at this price, you can't beat the tone. Heavy bass notes are balanced by ringing trebles. My only complaint is my guitar arrived needing some work. The action was set way too low and the E B and G strings vibrated against the fretboard to the point where they wouldn't even sound. I wanted to replace the plastic nut and saddle with bone/tusq anyway, so it didn't really bother me.
