If there is one string set out there that I really love the most this is it!!! I love Spirocores for a number of reasons. They are well-balanced on my instrument. They have a nice bright warm sound on my cello with just the right amount of EDGE. I like how they respond well to dynamic changes. I also love the longevity. I've had this set of Spirocores on my cello for a little over a year now, and I am just amazed at how well they play and how well they hold up. I like them also because they are stable in pitch--I hardly ever have to tune them and I don't have many intonation problems. And I also like them because they're the least expensive string set out there compared to others. Lots of cellists worldwide used Spirocores. I'm one of them.
