First of all, I ordered items from several dealers during Christmas 2006. Woodwind & Brasswind were the ONLY dealers whose shipments arrived ON TIME! One item arrived damaged and I had a replacement in hand before the other guys even got their first order to me! No hassles, no hoops to jump through, just good old fashioned professional courtesy at it's best! Oh, and the Peg Drops...great product, great price and they really work!
