At first I was skeptical about how this item would look on my cello. When I put it on, I was pleasantly surprised about various features. The pockets in back provide a safe haven for my electronic tuner and rosin as well as my bow when I am called away from my cello and must put it down. The elegant design looks nice on my cello and the velcro closures provide a secure place to store my gear while I am practicing or at my lesson. I definitely give it a thumbs up!
