The SKB speaker case for Bose L1 and L1 Model II is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) that exceeds the ATA category 300 light specification. The latches are made of virtually unbreakable fiberglass reinforced nylon and the case incorporates the world's only TSA accepted and recognized locking latch system.The foam has removable blocks that provide the perfect fit for either the original L1 speakers or the new L1 Model II version. A matching L1 Model II pedestal case is available.
