This head is used at my school, and is much liked. The snares have a very crisp sound, and they have a good feel also. The drums they are used on are Yamaha SFZ snares with a MX5 resonant head.

These heads (along with the Whitemaxes) are unquestionably the best sounding heads out there. The only downside is that they don't last that long. They have a tendency to stretch to the point where the head no longer sounds that good, and will eventually rip under heavy strain. So when you aren't using this head, de-tune it to allow it to last longer, because it sounds really crisp when it's at the proper tension.
