I bought this to replace the Hard Case for my Series II Low A Bari, and it is a nice, snug fit. It's probably a third the weight of the hard case, which is good for hauling it across campus to the performance hall. It is a great, inexpensive replacement case.

Odd cushion placement

Like another reviewer, I have a 12M and the bari fits. However, along the back of the case the padding is jammed into the saxophone's thumb rest and its ring for the harness. I would like to move the cushions by an inch or so. This case also fit a more contemporary Low A Yamaha, but the cushions had the same problem. I may have just got an oddball case. The quality is otherwise good, and I decided to cut the pads to fit rather than hassle with a return.
