I own two of these speakers which replaced 2 Yamaha 15" cabinets. From where I see it, these Peaveys were a huge upgrade from the Yamahas. Not only do they look great, they sound great. I was expecting these speakers to weigh a ton and they don't. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that one person can actually carry it. While I don't recommend that, it's possible. Power wise, they can handle a lot. If you are thinking about these speakers, get them. You won't be disappointed.

We run these with our DJ unit in bigger venues. The sound is extremely clear at any volume. The bass you get out of these awesome although you do have to push them to get it. You lose a lot of it at lower volumes. We decided not to run subs with them because we feel we get enough out of them. I would definitely recommend them.
