Stainless Steel tension bolts
And speaking of tuning integrity, all tension bolts on UltraCast are precision turned Stainless Steel. The snares used on UltraCast are Pearl's ultra-sensitive, S-022NU Snares. The S-022NU feature all natural metal Snare, without chrome or coatings of any kind to deaden the natural liveliness of the metal. The extra sensitivity is amazing, and the tonal response is beyond compare.
