High quality stand made in Taiwan. Working height with a Ludwig 5X14 inch snare which measures 5.75 inches from top to bottom of rims are 20.75 inches lowest setting to top edge of rim to 27 inches top edge of rim. Extension tubes are available for these stands. I thought high end Ludwig Products were made in America! This stand has the lowest setting I could find and will work perfect with my deeper snare drums. The ball adjustment works great for any angle you desire. I don't think anyone wanting a stand that'll go low enough will be disappointed.
