This horn is very ruggedly made. I played one marching with the Blue Knights and simply loved the horn. The valves weren't like a Bach horn, but if taken care of, sufficed well. If I was to ever teach a hornline, I highly would recommend a set of King horns. I personally also like them because the conical shaping allows them to be dark and resonate, the same philosophy that gives G bugles their power on the football field.

I would recommend this horn to any upper level high school musician that is looking for that edge to carry into the next season of marching.
