I have tried out alot of oboes in high school. Some good, some not. Before I played the jupiter oboe I was pessimistic about it. But I was really surprised at the tone. Low and high register are great. Even though it doesn't have a f left F and resonance key I enjoyed it. The body is plastic meaning very durable. Not a bad price for a student oboe.
