Heavy 5 valve CC tuba with great resonance

Comes with a huge case and an alternative 4-semitone bugle for the fifth valve. The low C and Bb notes resonate wonderfully. Beautifully crafted, although the linkage to the fifth valve could be better. My only major complaint is about the hold: the instrument feels heavy on the left hand and it's difficult to find a good grip.

Good C tuba at a good price

I just recently switched from playing BBb tuba to CC. And so I bought the Jupiter C tuba. The tone out of this tuba is the best that I have ever gotten from a Jupiter. Its design resembles the Jup582. All the tuning slides are all positioned on one side so you can practically adjust all the slides while you’re playing. The lead pipe on this C is more angled outward so the tuba is held more of at an angle. 1 more thing about this tuba is that they also include an extra extended tuning slide for the 5th valve. The only downside of this tuba, if you call it a downside is the tuba case for this is the exact same size as the case for the Jup582. So you’re still going to get the excessively large and padded case.
