I found that the 18" fits a Yamaha YBB-321 almost perfectly. I have had no trouble with this bag; it's very lightweight and fits in my trunk with ease. The only thing I don't like is that you have gotta lift your tuba out of it vertically or lay it down and slide it out, instead of popping it open and lifting the tuba out of a regular case.
