I have been using Hemke reeds for about 15 years. I have tried many other reeds but I can't beat the consistency found with these reeds. I sometimes feel they don't last as long as I would like, but after trying every reed under the sun, I always come back to Hemke.

An excellent reed quality - I use this reed exclusively. When my instructor told me of the quality of these reeds, I tried one, and now refuse to use any other! The company is specifically focused on saxophone reeds, and the sound is magnificent! It has a slightly more challenging edge to it, and has a beautiful tone. Very firm and lasts through many rigorous practices and performances.
