Rather than wait for the 'euro' lightweight model, I bought the wood lower manual cabilet and wood stand for the xk3. I want something looking more B3 traditional, not new-fangled euro/metrosexual. I am going to use this on jobs. The lower manual is on order. The stand came first; arrived yesterday. I could not believe the fine finish, attention to detail and design, and good construction. It is not as heavy as I thought and will be easy to manage. This is the best instrument stand I ever saw. I'll admit that it is pricey. I like what I got, and if the lower manual is like this, I got a good deal. I can't wait!
