I have used this repair kit for about 4 years now and was shopping to purchase replacement pads and springs when I noticed there was no review here. It contains nearly all of the essential tools and consumable products for me to complete the most common repairs of band instruments. For years I had relied on a colleague for repair equipment and had to start my own kit when he retired. I have never regretted making this purchase. If I can't fix it with this, I have neither the time nor the expertise to do the job anyway! My only complaint is the quality of the cork included in the kit (several years ago.) I am aware that the quality of natural cork has declined in recent years so I buy my own synthetic cork. I still give 5 stars, though, as that was a minor inconvenience.
