I have had these on my guitar for maybe 7 or 8 years, and I have no complaints. Imagine that you are at a gig and break a string and need to change it quickly. With standard tuners, this is a real problem. With these tuners, you just slide the string through the tuner, tighten it down, tune it up, and stretch it a little and you are back in business. String changes take a max of half the time that you are used to, and the tuning is pretty much rock solid. I use a Tele, and I bend strings like a maniac (Power Slinky's), and though the G string does occasionally go out a little, I can typically play a whole set with just a few minor adjustments to tuning with these babies. And like I said, I have had these things for at least 7 years, and they still function as always. I have NOTHING bad to say about these tuners. If you have a fixed bridge or a non-locking tremolo, do yourself a favor and buy a set NOW!

Excellent tuners. Direct bolt on for most Fenders. More stable than stock tuners and string changing takes half the time. These are stock on many American Deluxe Strats. Highly recommended.

I normally don't write reviews on any of the products I buy, but the Schaller locking tuners are pretty sweet. I replaced the stock Fender tuners on a Strat I built, and these babies are really great. They are heavier than normal tuners, and this helps with tone as well as staying in tune. Love them, and plan on buying more for my other guitars.
