I gave this a three stars rating for two main reasons. One, it is so small, and the button is hard to hit with your foot every time, you really can't count on using it in a live gig setting. That wouldn't be good to be switching to a distortion part and miss the button, because it happened to me in practice, therefore I didn't take it any farther. Second, it doesn't quite get the same growl that some of the more expensive brands will give you, but you get what you pay for.
