I don't have an expensive classical guitar, but these strings sound better than the others I've tried, and have great tone and incredible sustain. If your classical sounds a bit like a toy, give these strings a try. Just for the heck of it I'd love to try the composites, but I'm happy that I can always come back to these. BTW, I've now switched over to D'Addario on all my guitars, electric, acoustic and classical. They just seem to bring them to life, and I got there through trial and error.

I don't own an expensive classical guitar, however, these strings sound better than the others I've tried. The tone is great, with incredible sustain. If your classical (guitar) sounds like a toy, then give these strings a try. By the way, I've now switched over to D'Addario on all my guitars, electric, acoustic and classical. Through trial and error I discovered how these strings seem to bring my instruments to life.
