Absolutely an essential book.

The Arbans Complete Conservatory Method is an absolute must have in all aspects of trumpet playing. This book will cover the most basic to the most challenging aspects of trumpet playing. I play from this book every chance I have, and believe it is above or below no musician to play this book. Taken with great care and guidance this book can truly be one of your best musical tools to develop the highest skills of musicianship. An Absolute Necessity

Throughout my whole trumpet career this book has been by my side; from my first low C to my (occasional) double high C. It shows younger players the ropes and refines the skills of advanced players. It's filled with constructive exercises that help you to build your chops and be able to play in any key. Every trumpet player should have a copy!

A great book for all Cornetists, Trumpeters and Euphoniumists

The Arban book may be written just for Trumpet and Cornet but it's also helpful if you play Euphonium and Treble Clef Trombone.

This book is excellent for any level of playing. Wether you are in your first years or at a high level of playing. As long as you have the patience and time, this book will help every skill needed to succeed in the business. I've been practicing this book for 7 years and would not be at the level that I am now without it.
