Best value in an American-made mandolin

This is without a doubt the best value in American-made mandolins. The workmanship is first-rate, the tone,and volume are excellent, and the slightly wider neck, and fatter frets make it one of the best sounding, and easiest playing mandolins I have ever put my hands on. My interest in Breedlove mandolins was sparked when a friend of mine acquired a used instrument. His daughter has a Gibson F-9, so making a comparison of the two was easy, and it quickly became apparent that the higher priced Gibson was not the better value. To my surprise, it included a Breedlove hardshell case. I would recommend this instrument to anyone seriously considering playing mandolin. Keep in mind a great instrument inspires, a cheap instrument kills the desire to play. .

I've only been playing for two years, but it didn't take long for me to start searching for a better sounding mando. I've only played about Fifty mandos, but this one stands out from all the rest. I bought ten and would keep them for a while then sell them because I wasn't pleased with the sound or the volume...When I bought this one I fully expected to be sending it back for a refund...But the day I received it I took it to a Jam with about thirty other Instruments and it blew me and every one else away. It has the sweetest, fullest, clearest and loudest sound I've heard... I fell in love within ten seconds. I would recommend this American made mando to anyone...
