Bach
The Bach Stradivarius C180SL Chicago Professional Silver C Trumpet is modeled after the Strad C trumpets sold to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra over 50 years ago and that are still being used today. The Bach Strad Chicago C Trumpet features a yellow brass body plus a lightweight #229 bell with a classic French bead flat rim for outstanding projection and tone. The Chicago C Strad has a special leadpipe based on Vincent Bachs original design and narrower braces for improved resonance. The Bach Stradivarius Chicago C Trumpet is available in silver finish.

This is a terrific horn. Yes, at first it feels tight, but don't force it for a couple of days to a week and let your body adjust. The resistance is even, slots great and it has a glorious sound. The pitch is excellent; the only bad notes on mine are high A and Bb, both of which are quite sharp. Try one for a week and have a fellow musician go out in the hall and compare its sound with what you are currently playing; chances are you'll keep it and love it.

I couldn't agree with Ernst more. I also have played the Yamaha Chicago C and it too is an excellent horn. I went to NYC Yamaha on 5th ave for their Day of Trumpets event.
