Our full line of custom case covers and padded gig bags for Woodwinds features large expandable zipper compartments that can accommodate sheet music, orchestra folios and collapsible stands. Special accessory pockets carry everything from reeds to tuning forks. To provide maximum thermal and moisture protection, Altieri case covers are constructed from tough, water-resistant black nylon for the outer shell, and an insulated liner. This unique four-layer insulating material is designed to reduce heat loss in winter and heat gain during summer. Two thermal layers, a plastic moisture barrier, heat reflecting mylar®, plus a smart canvas coating combine to pad and insulate delicate woodwind instruments and their cases from the elements. Heavy duty zippers, sturdy nylon straps and high quality fasteners insure that our bags will last for many years. We offer three models of backpacks and shoulder bags that afford the professional musician the comfort of easy transport, and the confidence that the instrument is safe and sound. The Backpack Model features padded backpack straps on one side of the cover, and a large pocket for music on the other side. The Double Pocket Model substitutes an additional storage pocket for the backpack straps. The Deluxe Model features two pockets and modular backpack straps that tuck inside the bottom pocket. All models have handles, and adjustable/removable shoulder straps. |
